Mountain View Tire

I have a very old car...a '95 Ford Taurus Station wagon to be exact. Anyway, I first moved to the desert in March...and needed new air conditioning in May. I called Goodyear and spoke to Adam for some time regarding my situation. Being a woman, and new to an area, it is always a fear to be taken advantage of when dealing with car repair issues. What a wonderful experience I had! Then, in late July, I needed new front and rear brakes, 4 new tires, an alignment and new rotors. OUCH! As much as I hated to spend the money, I knew that the guys at Goodyear were just trying to help me stay safe on the road...and I knew that those repairs had been pending for some time and were inevitable. And my recent experience with Goodyear, was my starter needing to be replaced. As much as I hated to part with more money, I know that the guys did a great job and also worked with me regarding price. Thanks to Leo, Manny and Gus for a job well done! I'd recommend you to anyone!

My daughter's Honda Element was chewing up tires and making a lot of road noise. My mechanic said it was due to camber and alignment problems that couldn't be fixed because of frame damage. Took the car to Mountain View and they installed adjustable arms that allowed the proper alignment. They also discovered that one of the strut plates was broken as a result of the alignment problems, which was the cause of the clanking noise. I now have 4 new tires and the car is perfectly aligned. Going in this weekend to have the strut plates replaced. Very impressed with their diagnostics. I dealt with Adam, the store manager, who is great. Feel confident that he's trying to fix my problems, not just trying to perform service to jack up the bill. I dropped my mechanic and am now taking my 4 cars to him for maintenance.

I've been taking my car to the La Quinta Mountain View Tire for some time now for basic service and minor adjustments. When it came time last week to purchase new tires I decided to listen to what store manager Adam Webb had to say. I'm glad I did! I love my new tires and I even opted for the nitrogen for which I'm quite pleased with. The service has always been top notch and with a scheduled appointment there is little wait time. The facility is state of the art and the staff attentive to the small details of your vehicle. I highly recommend the La Quinta Mountain View Tire!
