Mountain View Tire

We brought my girlfriend's car in for all new tires, alignment, etc. She priced it out online but when we actually got here there were several extra fees not mentioned online, which was fine since we didn't get an actual full quote, but it would be nice to see all these fees online. We dealt with the store manager, Greg Chesney. When we picked up the car he seemed distracted and disinterested in helping us. He answered his cell phone while helping us. It wasn't until he started talking to her father that he started being at least decent again. They claim female friendly certification but he did not want to deal with her. He did not go over any end details like rebates and warranties.

Over all the experience was not a pleasant one and next time we will certainly go anywhere else.

Ever since I moved into the neighborhood, this location has been taking care of my 2004 Corolla and keeping it in top shape! They do rotate their managers every so often, but it looks like their core commitment to their customers is a standard they carry among the mechanics as well. I guess from a female standpoint and being very analytical + curious to know why I'm fixing something I don't know, these guys are so patient with me. Bottom line, I feel safe driving my car under any condition because these guys here at the Long Beach Mountain View shop know exactly what they are doing.:) Appreciate your expertise!

I have taken two of my cars to this service shop for an oil change and both times have been provided with EXCELLENT service. Todd helped me on both occasions and was incredibly knowledgeable and very honest. My greatest concern about going to the mechanic is whether or not that individual is being honest with me about the needs of my vehicle...I'm sure many consumers can relate! Well, this is not something you have to worry about with this location. I asked to have my tires filled up with nitrogen; Todd came back into the waiting area and let me know that, unbeknownst to me, I already had Nitrogen in my tires!! He could have easily charged me for a service I did not need and I honestly never would have known. However, he was honest, which in a mechanic is PRICELESS. I will definitely be taking both of my vehicles to him for regular oil changes and any other services I may need in the future! I highly recommend this place. Thanks Todd!!!
