Every time I walk into Mountain View Tire, I feel like a welcomed customer. I have been having my oil changed at this location for the past two years, but I have never purchased tires there before now.
After speaking to the courteous, helpful and dependable Brian at Mountain View Tire, I decided to give them a try. Brian was able to match the price of the tires I was looking for, and the entire transaction was completed with no problems whatsoever. When I came in to have the tires changed, Jake the manager knew exactly why I was there, and what service was to be performed. I have spoken to Jake in the past, and I was surprised to hear that he not only remembered my name, but my profession, and the school district I work for.
I really appreciated the level of customer service that the staff at the Winchester location provides. Please make certain that Jake and Brian receive the credit for my business now and in the future.

Last month, on a very rainy day, I encountered a flat tire on my car...less than 24 hours after I had a flat tire fixed in the Lakewood store.
I was shocked and amazed when Ernest Selma, the service manager, called to say he would be right over to pick up my keys at home and go to where my car was sitting with a flat tire. He didn't just come to fix the flat, but brought me a full refund. Wow!
I felt terrible later when I found out that the tire actually had a flat because of a completely different reason, yet he wouldn't take my money back. My car was taken to the shop, had a new tire put on, and all in the course of the day.
Needless to say, I am a very happy customer who will continue to use your services for each of my three cars. Ernest Selma has what it takes in the customer service department! Thank you, thank you!!

The customer had a great experience at the Camarillo store. Mountain View Tire technician Alex Gomez looked at the sliding door of her mini-van free of charge. He explained what had to be done in order to fix it, but she didn’t allow him to fix it. She felt bad that she had no money to pay for it, even though Alex said it was a simple fix and he would do it for free. The customer said that Alex is a great person and very kind-hearted. She said that Cory Todd is also a sweetheart. She gets all her tires and automotive work done at Mountain View Tire and will be a lifelong customer. She wanted to say thanks and tell us what great people they are. |

I wanted to go on record about my stellar experience at the Chino store on December 1st, 2011.
I left my office and heard a noise coming from my undercarriage. I got out and saw something hanging from underneath my car. I work close to the Rancho Cucamonga store and stopped in. I waited 20 minutes and no one came to help me, so I left.
I called the Chino store and spoke with Josh. He said to come over and he'd look into it for me. I got there at 5:30 and he pulled my car right back and got it onto a lift. After a few minutes, he came back in and told me he fixed the problem, and wouldn't charge me.
That wasn't the stellar part. Josh said he wanted to bring to my attention a leak he noticed on the axle boots. Something I hadn't even known about or would have known to ask him to look at. He then thoroughly explained the issue to me and offered to show me on my vehicle. He explained my options for repair but said to check on my warranty to see if it was covered.
He wasn't trying to up-sell me or recommend repairs that I didn't need just to make a buck. He makes you feel like he truly cares and wants to take care of you and your vehicle. I would not hesitate recommending Josh to anyone. I will keep returning to Josh in the future.

I just returned from the La Quinta location. I had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Leo. Give that man a raise! I arrived with a tire that had picked-up a screw; nothing too unusual in your business. Leo was very busy, yet he was polite, professional and incredibly accommodating when I explained I was in a time crunch. Twenty minutes later the tire was repaired, changed on the vehicle, and I was on my way. I've never walked out of an auto repair facility feeling better about the experience. That man is an exceptional representative of your business. My thanks to Leo!!!

I went in for an oil change on 9-21-11 at your Lakewood, CA. store. My husband and I always have great service there, but yesterday it was fantastic! Ended up, much more work had to be done: shocks, struts and wheel bearings.
Douglas made sure the work would be done by closing so I would have a car to get to work the next [day]. Tom drove me home so I wouldn't have to walk two miles. Pete offered to find a locksmith I needed, and Matt offered me coffee and donuts. All this kindness was the highlight of my day, and I thought you should know.

Just want to send a short note to say "Thank You" for the wonderful manager, Yuri Gonzalez at your Mountain View Tire shop in Duarte.
Yuri and his staff are just wonderful! I always feel so confident and secure when I take my cars to their shop. Yuri always does everything possible to give the best service, and the technical staff is amazing. I have recommended their shop to so many people and once my friends have had their cars serviced there, I always get raving reviews back.
It is so hard to find a good and HONEST place for car repair and service. Having a place like Mountain View Tire and the staff at this location in Duarte is such a blessing.

My husband and I started taking our Hyundai to Mountain View Tire located in Palm Desert, CA. in January 2000. We stayed with them there and then [switched] to La Quinta, CA. several years later. My husband passed away in 2004, but I made sure the car always went into Mountain View Tire in La Quinta for regular and even emergency service.
My car is now 17 years old and running very well. It even looks like a new car. I feel very confident with the service work done on my car. I feel that's important for a 63 year old widow. I know I can trust the skilled technicians for my car's good running order.
Oh, and I always buy my tires there, too.

I had a problem with a flat tire about 7 months ago. The "other" tire dealer wouldn't help me with tires that I had purchased from them. At that time, Kyle, Assistant Manager [at Mountain View Tire Granada Hills], helped me and didn't charge me for it. I told him that I would return in the future to purchase tires from him.
Two days ago, I needed to replace my tires. Kyle gave me a good deal on the purchase of 4 new tires. Due to his prior help, I chose to deal with him, even though it would have cost me somewhat less to have gone to the "other" dealer.
It is refreshing to see that, in this day and age, there are places where one can still find a high level of customer service and businesses that understand and value the idea of appreciating and servicing their customers with a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and help. Often times, it is the little things that make the biggest difference. I had a conversation with the manager, Mike, regarding this. I will definitely recommend this dealer to everyone.

Car repairs make me nostalgic for my Boston subway days, but the guys at Mountain View Tire & Service in North Hollywood tried to make the process as simple and painless as possible. I needed new tires and struts to smooth out what was becoming an increasingly rough ride.
Enrique at the front desk and the mechanic, Carlos, helped me to prioritize what could be done now and what could wait. They were mindful of my budget and shopped around to order me the most competitively priced parts. I had done a bit of the same before coming in (and of course called my car-savvy brother and dad!) so I had an idea of what to expect for some of the work. I found the entire staff to be helpful, informative and not pushy, and the work was quick and efficient.
It was a weekday morning and the shop was relatively quiet, so Carlos, Jack and Lee all worked on my car and, including the oil change, alignment and installation of new parts, I was in and out in a couple of hours. My car is much happier and my ride much smoother! I will definitely be back again and not just because my car is getting old.
Be sure to check their website before you go in. They have multiple coupons available online that can save you on everything from your oil change to your transmission.

When I first moved to Los Angeles a few years ago, this was the first place [North Hollywood] I went for an oil change as it was only a few miles away. Since then, I have gone to this place for both vehicles I have owned, and have never had any issues.
The guys at the front are always very helpful and honest people. I appreciate this, as in the past I used to go to Toyota dealerships and always had to deal with saying, "No, I don't need that... No, I don't need this."
I have gotten to know the people who take care of my vehicle, and have grown to trust them as well. I usually schedule a same-day appointment and when I get there say, "Hey, I just need an oil change. Let me know if anything REALLY needs changed" and they make honest suggestions.
I may not be a car guy, but I know if I am being sold something unnecessary. They have never done this to me.
I recommend this place highly: 20-30 minute oil changes, friendly staff and, most importantly, they offer very competitive prices.

I have been having my car serviced here [North Hollywood] for over a year now and I can't give anything but positive feedback. Everyone from the guys at the front desk to the guys in the shop are knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I am not very knowledgeable myself when it comes to cars, so it's great to have people I can trust.
A couple of times I've asked them to check something minor for me - just to be safe - and they did it free of charge. Now that's what I call service!
Oh, and the prices - extremely competitive! I recently needed a new water pump and found out later that another service center wanted about $250 more - just for the part. Need I say more?
So, if you're looking for a great place to have your car serviced - look no further. This is it!!

Talk to Sam Kim at the Rowland Heights location. He is the man!
He is a super honest guy. The workers are great, and not your typical shop trying to upsell everything on earth. If they say you need an air filter when you go in for an oil change, you probably actually need it! They are quick and really good about time estimation. Hate it when a mechanic tells me 30 minutes and it turns into 3 hours.

To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to tell you what excellent service I received at your facility. I experienced a blowout in my 2-year old Honda on the freeway. I went to your facility and I met Chris Fasano, the manager who said he could fix me up with a new tire.
After visiting Honda and another Goodyear facility, I came back to Chris whose price and service had the others beat. Jacob Young checked all the pressures and put the jack and the spare tire away properly (the tow guy left it a mess). Jacob also told me to bring my car in once a month to check tire pressure and look for any tire problems.
I am a senior citizen and very much appreciate the courtesy both gentlemen showed. Believe me, it makes a big difference to have someone who really cares help you. Please thank both of your employees and consider yourself lucky indeed to have such a caring staff. It sure got you a customer, and I’ll tell everyone.

I am asked often why [I am] still driving that 2000 Dakota truck. It's still running great, even after 200,000 miles and [has] only been serviced 3 times by a dealer. All of my everyday service needs [have been] done by Mountain View Tire of Fontana for many years. The staff at the store is always great to me and anyone I send [to] them for service. Dear Sirs:
We wish to commend Robert Lee of the Mountain View Tire in Palm Desert for his courteous, excellent assistance to us when we had an emergency near our part-time home in Palm Desert late Saturday, 26 June 2011.
We ran over a particularly nasty strip of some material which had two long, sharp, closely spaced nails in an unfortunately vertical position. The nails punctured the tire, partly deflating it.
After having AAA replace the damaged tire with the "donut" spare, we contacted Mr. Lee early Sunday concerning a new Michelin, which he ordered online to be delivered Monday morning. However, the wrong tire was delivered Monday so the correct one was ordered for Tuesday morning delivery.
We had visiting guests and had only one day to take them on our pre-planned trip to the Tram. Mr. Lee was very sympathetic to our problem and he suggested that he loan us a full-size tire for that trip. This solved our problem.
On Tuesday morning we returned to your place of business. Our new tire was installed immediately and we were on our way back to San Diego for our guests to catch the plane for their home.
Service at all times was "over and above." Many, many thanks to Robert Lee and the crew at Mountain View Tire.

My comment is about the Eagle Rock location and the customer service I've received from Gevoryk. I've been a customer with Goodyear for over 10 years and my technician has been Gevoryk for all of them. There is no other word to describe him except incredible!! There are a lot of reasons I continue to go to him but the main one is trust. Although this comment is for him I also wanted to mention Andy and the rest of the team for doing a great job!!
