I wanted to go on record about my stellar experience at the Chino store on December 1st, 2011.
I left my office and heard a noise coming from my undercarriage. I got out and saw something hanging from underneath my car. I work close to the Rancho Cucamonga store and stopped in. I waited 20 minutes and no one came to help me, so I left.
I called the Chino store and spoke with Josh. He said to come over and he'd look into it for me. I got there at 5:30 and he pulled my car right back and got it onto a lift. After a few minutes, he came back in and told me he fixed the problem, and wouldn't charge me.
That wasn't the stellar part. Josh said he wanted to bring to my attention a leak he noticed on the axle boots. Something I hadn't even known about or would have known to ask him to look at. He then thoroughly explained the issue to me and offered to show me on my vehicle. He explained my options for repair but said to check on my warranty to see if it was covered.
He wasn't trying to up-sell me or recommend repairs that I didn't need just to make a buck. He makes you feel like he truly cares and wants to take care of you and your vehicle. I would not hesitate recommending Josh to anyone. I will keep returning to Josh in the future.
