[It's important] that I can trust the people who are working on my car. Paul Martinez, the manager at the Montclair, California store, along with Edward Guzman, the person who actually did the work on my car, instilled confidence in me that they not only knew what they were doing, but that they would never cheat or do any harm to my car. I feel comfortable in coming back and even referring people.
