To Whom It May Concern:
I wanted to tell you what excellent service I received at your facility. I experienced a blowout in my 2-year old Honda on the freeway. I went to your facility and I met Chris Fasano, the manager who said he could fix me up with a new tire.
After visiting Honda and another Goodyear facility, I came back to Chris whose price and service had the others beat. Jacob Young checked all the pressures and put the jack and the spare tire away properly (the tow guy left it a mess). Jacob also told me to bring my car in once a month to check tire pressure and look for any tire problems.
I am a senior citizen and very much appreciate the courtesy both gentlemen showed. Believe me, it makes a big difference to have someone who really cares help you. Please thank both of your employees and consider yourself lucky indeed to have such a caring staff. It sure got you a customer, and I’ll tell everyone.
