Mountain View Tire

Steve and Elio provided excellent service and got me in and out fast! My 2002 Xterra has the odd supercharged engine VG33ER that takes the black coded fuel injectors, not the standard VG33E pink coded ones. It had one bad injector that had gone open. Their supplier kept sending the wrong injector. They corrected their supplier and saved me a lot of time and hassle. Very good communication. They go the extra mile to make sure that customers are satisfied. Highly recommended!

Sienna CAT Converter and Corolla tires/tie rod

I am frequently impressed with the level of care and customer service provided by Elio Napolitano at Mountain View Tire. I am a manager at a retail dealership with a service and body shop, and yet I choose to take my personal vehicles to Elio. I always feel like I receive excellent service at fair prices. For this reason, I have recommended Elio to several friends and family, and will continue to take my cars wherever he works.

I wanted to take a minute to congratulate Omar and the rest of the guys at the Murrieta location. Before today, I had never done business with Mountain View Tire. In fact, I actually went in feeling like Mountain View Tire was another big box store that would over-charge me and treat me like a number instead of a person. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, I realized I was completely wrong. The moment I stepped out of my vehicle I was greeted by the store manager. The experience continued once inside the lobby. I was assisted by Omar, who not only helped to put me at ease, but went above and beyond so much that, when the service was finished, I went home and brought back my other vehicle. I guess what I'm trying to say is Mountain View Tire will now be my first stop for all my vehicle repair needs.

I was in the market for tires and did not even know this store had opened up yet until I drove by and saw the now open sign. I stopped in and spoke with Omar. I explained to him what I was looking for and he recommended the best tire for my price range. We ordered the tire. He told me it would be in the next day, that they would give me a call and for me to stop in whenever was convenient for me. The following day I received a phone call as soon as they opened letting me know my tires arrived from Ellio. When I arrived, I received the same treatment as the day prior. They go out of their way to make you feel like you're personal friends and not just a customer. Adam was working on my car. We ran into a glitch because I had apparently misplaced the lug nut lock key, but we quickly rectified the situation at the professional recommendation of their knowledgable staff. My experience here was not what you would normally get at a maintenance center. They did not try to sell me something that I truthfully did not need. I also took note that I was not the only one being treated like this. I saw four different customers all receiving the same treatment I got. I usually stick to the dealership for repairs because they are the subject matter experts, but Mountain View Tire of Murrieta has definitely earned my trust and my business!

One thing that especially stood out to me is that when they found out I was military, it was as if they went far out of their way to ensure I was taken care of. This was huge to me because in a time where a lot of businesses are going away from this, this company is stepping it up!
