I got a flat tire and had to be towed here [Eagle Rock]. I called ahead about it and Mario said that they could help me right away.
When I arrived, Mario came outside, helped with the whole process and answered my many questions. He was very helpful and kind.
It only took about 30 minutes to get it fixed and the price wasn't bad either. It's a very nice place with great customer service.

Our beloved '97 Ford Explorer suffered a metal fatigue fracture on the serpentine belt tensioner, breaking off and rendering the car undriveable.
Of course it was late on a Saturday. We had it towed to their Eagle Rock location. The staff could NOT have been more courteous and attentive, and quick. They had no problem obtaining the (20-year old) part during the weekend, repairing the car, and also replacing all the hoses, and a brake job (which was needed), all in a timely fashion and for less than my regular mechanic, whom I love, would have charged.
Very knowledgeable, honest mechanics, and meticulous work. Car runs like a champ. I would take any of our cars there.
Kosta, the front desk attendant [at Eagle Rock], was very helpful and kind. He was able to help me with my car's issues and really put a smile on my face when I came to pick up my car.
I'm very grateful to have Mountain View Tire in our city and thankful for the employees that work there! Thank you, Kosta, for your help, positive attitude and amazing work ethic.
My comment is about the Eagle Rock location and the customer service I've received from Gevoryk. I've been a customer with Goodyear for over 10 years and my technician has been Gevoryk for all of them. There is no other word to describe him except incredible!! There are a lot of reasons I continue to go to him but the main one is trust. Although this comment is for him I also wanted to mention Andy and the rest of the team for doing a great job!!
This is to commend the Eagle Rock assistant store manager, David Nussbaum.
A little more than a month ago, I came in to the Eagle Rock store to buy four replacement tires for my 2007 Infiniti G35 Sedan. I told David that I wanted a specific Goodyear tire. He told me he was out of stock of that particular tire. He made a phone call to see if they were available anywhere in the area. Unfortunately, they were not available anywhere in the state. Rather than try to sell me on another type or brand of tire, he called the Goodyear plant. He found out that they were scheduled to be manufactured in two weeks and he should be able to get them for me in about a month or so. I told him to order them for me.
During the following weeks, David spoke to me by phone every week and kept me informed of the progress of my tires. When they arrived at the store, he called me to come in. When I came into the store, David greeted me and told me he would have the tires installed quickly. When I left, he told me to be sure and come back if there were any problems.
Because of the superior customer service provided to me by David, I will make Mountain View Tire my store for tires and any other vehicle service in the future.
