Amazing!!!

Initially our company went to work at this facility. However, after meeting Mike the manager, he noticed that one of our service trucks was in need of some work. I first thought that he was just selling me, but later after seeing him interact with customers, I noticed that he really does care about his customers. I got a first-hand, behind-the-scenes view of his personal and caring interaction with customers. From that moment I knew I was in good hands and asked him to do all the needed repairs of my service truck.

Thanks, Harry and Staff

For 20+ years, my mother (Judith Thomas) and I have brought numerous different cars to be serviced by managers Harry Bakalian, Kyle and all the great service technicians here at the Granada Hills location of Mountain View Tire. This is a first-rate run business. Trust, friendship, honesty and good 'ol hard work mean something to this staff. I have said thanks many a time, and each time the service seems to get better. Harry and Kyle are on the front lines for the customers, and the service is the same for each and every customer I witness (and have seen over the years, too!!!): Fantastic!!!! Even though I live in Glendale now, I still head to the Granada Hills location because it is my service point for great service and friendly handshakes. Thanks for all your great service, help and time over the years and for making it a much safer road to drive and happier to get there!!!!

Great Service

I wanted to extended my appreciation for such great service that Mike, Harry and Kyle have given at the Granada Hills store (and fishing advice) throughout the years. I have been a loyal customer since 1996, and since have moved to Santa Clarita and still come back to the GH store for the well-trusted service. You have a valuable team at that store, and just wanted to say thank you. We are also loyal NHRA fans and would like to have my son meet Vincent Nobile at the next race in Pomona.
