Great Service

When the tires on my Ford truck wore out I went to Mountain View for the first time to get truck tires to replace the passenger car tires on my truck. I tow a trailer and got the nitrogen package. I have been there many times to load my tires for pulling a travel trailer and they always give me great service. I plan on getting air shocks for the rear tires soon. Great place, great location and great service.

Extremely Satisfied

Mountain View Tire fixed my Nissan Sentra from pulling to the left even though the alignment was well within specification prior to service. The Service Manager Bruce is knowledgeable with tires and vehicle maintenance. Mountain View services all my cars and I trust them above the car dealerships.

Worst service, No even care about the customer's time

It is worst service place I will never ever again. It was started with good website they have. I made an appointment so quick because I need to do it in my lunch time. They ruin my lunch time. They said they cannot do it even they made me an appointment. They don't even care about wasting my lunch time. I highly recommend DO NOT GO There!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Kim requested his online appointment 10 minutes before he arrived at our location. Our representative, Bruce, explained to Mr. Kim that there were three customers waiting and that we would need at least one hour to service his vehicle. Bruce did see the appointment come through, but Mr. Kim was in his store before he could reply to the online request. Unfortunately, Mr. Kim wanted his car repaired within his half-hour lunch break, but we were unable to accommodate him on such short notice. - Chris Mitsos, Vice President / Mountain View Tire and Auto Service
