Mr. Kim requested his online appointment 10 minutes before he arrived at our location. Our representative, Bruce, explained to Mr. Kim that there were three customers waiting and that we would need at least one hour to service his vehicle. Bruce did see the appointment come through, but Mr. Kim was in his store before he could reply to the online request.
