Great Customer ServiceThe best experience ever. I highly recommend Mountain View to anyone who has car troubles. Honest, professional and just great customer service! They rebuilt the top end of my Toyota Camry. Runs like new now. Eddie was outstanding and kept his word. They have gained a customer for life with me!
Best place and customer serviceSo I've been coming to the Mountain View Tire Bellflower and Sterns location faithfully for almost a year and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work that has been done, as well as the customer service. Kevin is my go-to person every time I have any issues with my car. He is always super helpful, honest, easy going, and down to earth, but most importantly extremely professional! I don't want to leave out the rest of the employees that have also been very kind and helpful either. I never feel forced to get work done or pressured. They allow me the freedom to have the right to that option. I'm known by name, too, so I'm not just "another customer." The team, especially Kevin and Chris, actually care!
I also would like to comment about the customer service reps on the hotline as well. Very understanding and a big help, so thank you all!

I am writing to tell you about the excellent customer service provided by your assistant manager, Kevin McCurley at your Long Beach, CA. location.
I was about to drive 1,000 miles from Long Beach to Portland, Oregon on Highway 1 in my Mini Cooper, but was in need of a tire rotation before my long trip. I visited several other tire centers, but all of them said they were either too busy or the wait would take hours.
That all changed when I pulled into the Mountian View Tire service center in Long Beach, CA. on June 1st, 2015. I was greeted by your assistant manager, Kevin McCurley, who said he could have the job completed in about 20 minutes for $20. I was thoroughly impressed.
The 20 minutes went by in a blink of an eye as we had a great conversation about my upcoming surfing trip along the coast to Portland. Before I knew it, the job was done and Kevin handed me the keys to my car and said, “Have a safe trip home, there’s no cost.” What? Why? How? He simply said, "I took care of it, it’s on me.”
Again, I am so impressed by his outstanding customer service. Not because it was free. I would have gladly given the $20 for the service performed, but because he genuinely wanted me to return home safe. All I can say is wow! I come to Long Beach all the time since it is my second home, and if I ever need any type of service again, I will make it a point to visit your shop. Also, I have told all of my friends who live in the area about the excellent service I was provided. I wish all the businesses I frequented had a Kevin McCurley at the front desk! He’s a keeper.
