Awesome Service

Leo was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me get the estimate to a workable amount for me. My car died in my own driveway on a Sunday, blocking the garage. I had a friend come and try and jump it, but it would not hold a charge, so I had to have it towed so that we could get to the other car in the garage. Mountain View was open so I called and spoke with Leo. When he called me back he said the alternator needed to be replaced, as well as my old battery and the serpentine belt. He gave me individual quotes for each part and the amount originally was $714. I am on disability and did not have that much money on hand. He understood and looked for ways to help me lower the cost. He managed to find a coupon to apply to each of the services and managed to bring the amount down to $555. I have been to Mountain View before and knew that they did good work, but from now on this will be my only auto repair shop. Thank You, Leo, for going above and beyond to help me.

Great Service

A great experience at Mountain View Tires in Newhall. I came in on short notice expecting to make an appointment for a set of new tires the following Saturday, but was pleased to find out that they could take care of me immediately. The car was promised by 1:30 PM as I had a meeting to attend at 2, but it was ready in only an hour-and-a-half, leaving plenty of time to spare. Good clean work and great warranties. Thanks very much!
