Previously I was always waiting at Pep Boys for some kind of maintenance to my truck. Average time spent in their lobby was over an hour. Even for something as routine as an oil change. About a month ago I got a flat tire and was leaving on a road trip to Las Vegas the next day. Pep Boys said they were too busy to take me, so in a panic I searched for tire shops. I came across Mountain View Tire and gave them a call. Brian said bring it in and he would help. I arrived to the shop and could see they were busy, but Brian gave me his full attention very quickly. Unfortunately, they did not have the correct tire in stock, so he said "we could put the spare on so you can make your trip and order you the correct one." So we did that. On my next visit, Eddie was there to help me. Without missing a beat, Eddie provided me with the same quality, prompt customer service! I was so impressed with the service there that I no longer go anywhere else. I have told all my friends as well. Mountain View Tire in Duarte is the place to take your car! BIG shoutout to Brian and Eddie and the whole team. You all give great customer service in a timely manner! Thank you!

Awesome Car Service
I have been a regular customer of Mountain View Tire for many years due to the great customer service, awesome knowledge and fair pricing.

Nowadays, it makes sense in a bad economy to keep your car and maintain it well. It's very easy to deal with the manger Vinnie and assistant manager Yuri. They are the best. Mike and Al and all the mechanics are top notch and I know my car gets the best possible service from them.

If you need brakes, shocks, tires, a tuneup or whatever, get your car into them in Duarte.

All my friends, neighbors and relatives are pleased with their great service!
