Joe at Tarzana
Been dealing with Joe at the Tarzana store since Al retired. He has always been very professional and nice to talk to about my 1999 Honda Accord. Had brakes, tires and alignment done and I'm very happy and satisfied with their service and expedient time of repairs needed. Thank you Joe and all your staff.

Honest and fair! Great customer service!
After a very bad experience at another Mountain View dealership, I was finished with the company until a friend recommended I try the Tarzana location. Al was the manager at the time and I found him to be fair and honest – two traits not usually associated with auto repair shops. This was 4 or 5 years ago. When Al retired, approximately a year ago, he left really big shoes to fill. The new guy who took his place was abrasive and not a pleasure to interact with. I had decided to check with friends for another mechanic even though the idea of trying to find another honest mechanic didn’t sit well with me after past experiences. Then came Joe! His personality is just what the location needed after Al retired. Dealing with car repairs is seldom pleasant and definitely not something I look forward to. I own a GMC and it boasts a little over 100K miles. I have been making repairs as needed (which til now hadn’t been very many). However, even though this vehicle is a workhorse, it still needs upkeep. Thanks to Joe and the crew at Tarzana Mountain View Tire, I remained at this location and when I have to take the vehicle in for repairs, the guys there make sure the repairs are done correctly and in a timely fashion. The service is great and the pricing is fair. And if you do have any questions or issues with the repairs on your vehicle, they will address them immediately and do everything they can to be sure you are satisfied when you leave their shop. I give this location 10+ stars!! Keep up the good work!

Thanks for nothing!
After buying new tires here my alignment is jacked on my car. It veers hard to the right now. Before going in I did not have any problems with my alignment. I called to let them know about the problem. They said to come in to get the alignment done and I would have to pay full price for the alignment. They didn't care that they messed up my alignment. It also took 2 hours to change my tires when I called before I came in and they said 1 hour.

Unfortunately, the portrayal above isn't accurate. We never performed the initial alignment on this vehicle. We simply replaced two rear tires, but the customer actually needed four tires. When the customer returned, he bought two more tires and had an alignment done and the issue was resolved. He then posted this 4-star review for Mountain View Tire on YELP: "Been here twice in the past two weeks due to an un-repairable nail and a screw in my tires.
