Mountain View Tire

I want to thank Jimmy and your store for such great service. I arrived after closing, Jimmy stayed late and helped find the battery that my car needed, ordered it and made sure we were greeted when we arrived the next day for installation. He went way out of his way to help me. Thank you so much for having a store that puts the customer first. All the employees that I had contact with were all very helpful. No matter when I get to the Upland store, the manager on duty, whether it is John, Glen or Jaime, always accomodates me with my needs to top off the nitrogen in my tires, fix the flats I have from nails, or get me in and out as quick as possible with services. Most people don't feel comfortable with service professionals, but I definitely feel comfortable with bringing my business to John and his staff.

I have been bringing all three of my family cars to Upland Mountain View Tire & Service since they opened up several years ago. This is a reliable shop with fast service. The staff is customarily professional and courteous. Recomnended.

I have been going here ever since they opened...and they have been wonderful. From oil changes to repairs, the service is great and the technicians are always so helpful. They take the time to explain everything. And they are quick! I have recommended them to all my family members and they bring their vehicles now as well. THANK YOU!

To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing to you today to register a complaint against the staff at Mountain View Tire in Upland, Ca. On the afternoon of Monday April 3rd, 2011 my mother went to Mountain View Tire in hopes of having her oil changed. She first went into the office to inquire abount the service. The manager on duty went into the garage and asked one of the technicians if he would have time to perform the service. The technician asked who the service was for. The manager pointed towards my mother who was now standing outside next to her car. The technician replied, in earshot of my mother, "The little old lady with the Corvette? Tell her to come back in the morning." I do not feel as though I need to say anything more but I would like to add that this incident occurred just three (3) days after her birthday.
