Luckily, I was down the street from your Oxnard location. I pulled up and I was greeted by Tony. I told him my problem. He made a few calls and gave me a quote for new tires.
I was in a hurry, but I was impressed by how nice Tony was. Great customer service I was provided! I will return for future business at the location.

Too many times people only write in to complain. I want to let you know that I regularly have my oil changed at this facility [Oxnard,CA] and purchased my tires there as well. Jose, the store manager, is always happy and eager to help. He is very pleasant and takes care of me and my very old car. In addition, the service team is very pleasant to deal with. I can drop off my car before work in the morning and it’s ready before lunch time.
