Professional, Kind and Informative
I have been going to Mountain View Tire Tustin for the past 15 years. I can only say that Pete and his crew are the most professional, kind and informative employees you will ever have. I am a senior citizen and I have always been treated with the most professionalism.

On August 14, 2016, two women came in for an 8 o'clock appointment.These two women caused such a stir with their cursing and carrying on. I have never felt so embarrassed for Pete and his crew [because of] the way these women acted. All they kept saying was "Toyota did it this way" and "Toyota did it that way." So in my mind I thought "Why not go back to Toyota." They really made everyone in the place feel uncomfortable.

Hopefully, the good work of Pete will not be too [affected] by these two insulting, belligerent women. I'm not really sure what they were expecting when they came in, but Pete and his crew handled the situation with the utmost of professionalism.

I want to say please make sure that people like this are not taken seriously. They expect the world for free and that's why they come in. My service with Mountain View Tire tire has been exceptional, and I will continue to come back for years to come.

Thank you for all the years of service. I appreciate all the things that you have done for me.

Regarding Mountain View Tire & Auto Service:

Hello, I live in Tustin. For a number of years now I have been using the services of one of their many, Mountain View auto repair facilities, which is located here in Tustin at 135 South Prospect.

I drive a 2005 Jaguar, S Type, and with the vehicle reaching close to 100,000 miles, when the warranty expired they sure have assisted me in a wonderful fashion, a number of times in keeping my vehicle safely on the road.

It all starts when you walk in the front door of this Mountain View location, when Steven, one of their wonderful store managers, graciously greets you! I’ve always observed, while comfortably seated in the waiting area (during a repair), how Steven and any of his team players at the front counter typically remember a customer’s name, as he or she enters the facility. I have always felt like family when I’m there!

This operation has done countless repairs on my vehicle to date, including a battery, wheel alignments, tires, major engine repairs, including faulty AC, and the replacement of all of my tires twice now!

Since November of last year, for business I have comfortably driven my vehicle to Las Vegas once a month. It is only a 3 to 4 hour drive and ends up being more economical as well as convenient for me during each of these weekly visits.

While in Vegas, I have utilized the service of another auto repair facility that actually specializes in Jaguar repairs. Unfortunately, this repair center, after a couple of hours, was unable to find out what the problem was with my vehicle. And since it only had to do with the locking and unlocking of my doors, I [went] back to my office for the day.

The next morning, I took my Jag to Mountain View for their evaluation and, within 15 minutes, one of Steve’s team players, AJ, had found the problem with the “locking system” of my vehicle. They sent one of their drivers to the Jag dealership for that electronic part. And after that courier returned, one of their repair people, Jay - a real pro, had my vehicle back on the road in around 2 hours.

I couldn’t believe, once again, how fair Mountain View was with the cost of this complicated repair. Since I bought my first Jaguar in 1985, I apparently, as a result of warranty issues, have gotten to know some of the repair staff at the Jag dealership very well. And after calling the Jag dealership just out of curiosity, a service manager quoted me a price to repair the same issue, which amounted to more than three times what Mountain View did charge me!

My fiancé drives a Corvette which they service, and for years now, two of my friends in the area, which I have also introduced to Mountain View, have had their vehicles repaired at this location as well, And they, too, only have wonderful things to say about Mountain View; which includes the competence and skill of their entire staff!

Besides the compliments I wanted to post on Yelp, pertaining to their wonderful repairs, I also wanted anyone reading my comments to understand how financially fair Mountain View is consistently! An auto repair facility that you can always, undoubtedly trust for not only their wonderful mechanical abilities, but more than fair pricing!! Extremely rare these days!!!

I am writing this letter to express my gratitude for the high quality service provided by the staff members of your shop. We have used your service for many years now. It is located at a convenient place where we can go to the USPS, shop or enjoy a meal. Our children attended the school that was close by. Your employees have always been kind to our family and even helped our son with his Jeep when he was to drive it to Fort Eielson in Alaska. We all felt more confident after it had a thorough go over by your mechanics. You should be proud of employee’s like A.J. and Steven. The quality of service is always amazing. They always take time answering each and every question patiently. We really appreciate the attitude of your staff and believe that they have been trained in a very professional manner. We are glad to recommend your service to all our friends and family. It is nice to know we have an exceptional place of business that the people of Tustin can be proud of. Keep up the good work.
